Location commands updates (subtree size, url alias)
NOTE: breaking changes (updated data table columns)
Use --hide-columns="colA,colB" to exclude new columns introduced in this commit from data tables.

- added subtree size information to location command confirmation dialogues (copy, move, delete)
- added subtree size and url alias information to location command data tables (info, subtree)
