I seem to experience the same permissions problem when trying to change users and module.ini.append.php is present. STEVO + Member since: 09 January 2008 Posts: 23	Monday 21 December 2009 4:38:41 am Hi Brendan, Adding ModuleList[]=admin to module.ini did the trick for me. In addition I had a conflict because my siteaccess was called 'admin' and I was using URI hostmatching. I think everything worked after that on 4.2.
