Will there be project categories?

Hi there
will there be a way to put the project in some category (e.g. template operators, translations, hacks...)? This would make it easier to browse for a project of you don't know the name.
On the other hand it is possible to achieve the same thing in very different ways, e.g. some fancy fetch function could be a realised as a template function or as a hack. Therefore I would also like to have a sorted list of all projects (maybe just the names and the short description) to get an overview what is there.

A certain type of hierarchical categorization has been implemented at http://projects.ez.no/types. In the future we will maybe implement a system with user-defined tags.
